Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Prior experience in a school setting or working with children/adolescents highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans to address IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services, adapting techniques and materials as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and support paperwork and compliance requirements
- Track student progress and provide timely reports and feedback to stakeholders
