Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Maryland SLP license and Maryland teaching certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong background working with school-age populations in educational environments
- Experience supervising SLPAs preferred
- Comfortable working onsite or in a hybrid arrangement to ensure effective supervision
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a caseload of 20 students, delivering assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring to meet IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative support, collaborating with educators and families to drive student success
- Supervise an SLPA, offering mentorship and ensuring fidelity to intervention plans
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation according to district and licensing standards
- Participate actively in student meetings and interdisciplinary team consultations
