Speech Language Pathologist in Pleasant Prairie, WI

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for license in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of elementary students (specifics discussed during the interview)
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and implement therapy to support communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to provide targeted interventions
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation as per school and state requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings led by on-site SLPs
