Your schedule will consist of 7-hour days, allowing for a balanced routine and ensuring you have the time you need to deliver high-quality care. Lunch breaks are provided (half hour, unpaid) as part of your daily structure.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin
  • WI DPI (Department of Public Instruction) Certification
  • Previous professional experience providing therapy in a school setting
  • Expertise in pediatric, healthcare, and school-based SLP practices
  • Comfort delivering services to students in grades K-5
  • Strong communication, organization, and rapport-building abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
