What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Illinois SLP license and Educator PEL (Professional Educator License)
- Experience or strong interest working with high school populations in a school setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy to assigned students
- Completing assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in IEP meetings and assisting with transition planning for students as needed
