Position Overview
We are seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide leave coverage for elementary school assignments in Paradise Valley. These positions will run from August through December and support students in an elementary school setting.
This is a great opportunity for SLPs who enjoy short-term assignments, structured caseloads, and working within a collaborative school team.
Job Responsibilities
Provide speech and language evaluations and direct therapy services
Implement IEP goals and maintain student progress documentation
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic needs
Position Details
Location: Paradise Valley
Schedule: Full-time
Caseload: Elementary students
Assignment Type: Leave coverage
Number of Openings: 2 full-time positions
Duration: August – December 2026
Pay Rate: $45–50 per hour
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Arizona SLP license
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on district needs)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
