Speech Language Pathologist in Phoenix, AZ

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active and valid SLP license for Arizona (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs and IEP goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s communication development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation and reports
- Support students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
