Qualifications and Experience:
- Current SLP license in Arizona (or eligible)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in a school environment, preferably with elementary students
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech evaluations, and therapy interventions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure student progress
- Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, communicating goals and progress with families and staff
- Manage a diverse caseload while providing compassionate, student-centered care
