Position Overview
We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join school-based teams in Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions offer structured service delivery models and the opportunity to support students across both intermediate and early childhood settings.
Open Positions
Noble Intermediate School (Grades 5–6)
Caseload: 40–45 students
Model: 3 weeks instruction / 1 week evaluations
Focus: Grades 5–6 students
Pre-K & Elementary School Assignment
Caseload: 40–45 students
Model: 3 weeks instruction / 1 week evaluations
Focus: Pre-K through elementary students
Job Responsibilities
Provide speech and language evaluations and direct therapy services
Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and track student progress
Participate in structured service delivery model (instructional and evaluation cycles)
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance reporting
Position Details
Start Date: 08/31/2026
End Date: 06/15/2027
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Days: Monday–Friday
Age Groups: Grade 5–6 (Noble Intermediate) and Pre-K/Elementary
Caseload Size: 40–45 students
Pay Rate: $45–55+ per hour (DOE)
Qualifications
Valid Maine SLP License (required)
ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligible
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work within a structured service model
