Desired Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP license required
- CCC-SLP or CFY considered
- Experience in pediatric healthcare and/or schools preferred
- Strong teletherapy skills advantageous
- Previous K-12 caseload management experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for K-12 students across assigned schools
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to create individualized student goals
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development as needed
- Ensure compliance with district processes, including required background checks and onboarding protocols
