Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, valid Oregon SLP licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience providing speech services in pediatric or school settings (K-12 preferred)
  • Knowledge of teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to multiple school assignments
  • Organized, with effective time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and ancillary staff to support student success
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with all district and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews
  • Provide input on intervention strategies and best practices
  • Supervise support staff, if required

This part-time role consists of approximately 20 hours per week, with an efficient interview and hiring process, supportive district mentorship, and the chance to build lasting professional connections. Onboarding includes standard fingerprinting and background checks.
