Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (CCC preferred) or SLPA credentials eligible for Texas assignment
- Previous experience in a school or therapeutic setting
- Strong ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work 8am-6pm shifts with a 7:30am arrival
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for clients
- Deliver one-hour therapy sessions for speech and malfunction needs; 30-minute sessions for focused therapy
- Lead feeding therapy as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to support client progress
- Maintain accurate records and individualized plans
