We are seeking 2-3 enthusiastic and skilled professionals – whether SLP-CCC or experienced SLPA – to provide impactful therapy services in a supportive, contract role.
You'll be welcomed into a diverse environment where each day brings the chance to make a genuine difference, working with a caseload of both children and adults (typically 9-10 clients per day). Your focus will range from initial speech and malfunction evaluations to re-evaluations, engaging therapy sessions, and specialized feeding therapy. Sessions are thoughtfully structured: one hour for comprehensive therapy, and 30 minutes for speech-only or malfunction-specific needs, allowing you to provide quality and individualized care.
Key qualifications and experience desired:
- Current licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLPA (Texas certification required)
- Experience in both educational and clinical speech therapy settings
- Strong foundation in conducting evaluations and implementing therapy plans
- Familiarity with feeding therapy considered a plus
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Dedication to supporting diverse learners and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and malfunction assessments
- Provide engaging and individualized therapy sessions for children and adults
- Maintain thorough progress and session documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize therapy outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate and contribute to a positive school community
