Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds or eligible for SLP license in Texas
- ASHA CCCs preferred; New graduates completing CFY also considered
- Pediatrics and school-based experience highly valued
- Minimum of two years previous experience is preferred
- Comfortable working with a K-12 caseload, predominantly with younger students
- Strong communication and team-building skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and parents
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered decision-making
- Maintain accurate records and data collection for student progress
