Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP-CCC certification, or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility considered
- Minimum of two years' experience in a school or pediatric SLP setting preferred
- Experience providing services to K-12 students, especially with younger children
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain all required documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s needs
