Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates eager to launch their careers
  • Solid background in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school or healthcare environments
  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs and performing speech/language assessments
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on individualized goals
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, maintain, and update IEPs in close coordination with families and staff
  • Document student progress and communicate effectively with caregivers and team members
  • Participate actively in student support meetings and interdisciplinary discussions
  • Offer support and resources to students, families, and staff to enhance communication outcomes
