Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates eager to launch their careers
- Solid background in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school or healthcare environments
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs and performing speech/language assessments
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on individualized goals
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, maintain, and update IEPs in close coordination with families and staff
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with caregivers and team members
- Participate actively in student support meetings and interdisciplinary discussions
- Offer support and resources to students, families, and staff to enhance communication outcomes
