Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Colorado (CFY candidates are welcome)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
- Proficiency with a variety of therapy approaches for diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students according to IEPs and individual needs
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students from early childhood through high school
- Collaborate with teachers, special education team members, and families to foster student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Schedule & Commitment:
- 3 to 4 days per week with required availability on Wednesdays
