Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat a diverse caseload of students with communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support each student’s individualized education plan (IEP)
- Develop and implement therapy plans, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment
