Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
- Compassionate communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screenings, assessments, and interventions to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs and educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each student’s needs
- Maintain detailed records of evaluations, progress, and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
- Advocate for students’ access to communication and language supports within the school
