Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fountain, Colorado

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; candidates with CFY status are welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally competent, evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, screenings, and direct therapy for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to student care plans
- Empower students to improve articulation, language comprehension, and social communication skills
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
