Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Monument, Colorado

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
- Skill in designing and implementing individualized speech, language, and communication interventions
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, support staff, and parents
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions—both group and one-on-one
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing documentation, reports, and recommendations
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to foster successful outcomes
- Contribute clinical expertise at meetings, including IEP reviews and multidisciplinary team discussions
Position Details:
- 3–4 days per week (Wednesdays required)
- Contract position for the academic year
