Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to individualized, student-centered therapy planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services onsite in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ academic and personal growth
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
