Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or qualify as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Prior experience in a school setting is strongly valued
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with students with diverse backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and relevant training or professional development sessions
