Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Pediatric or early childhood experience highly valued
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Must be available from August 31st, 2026 through June 15th, 2027
- SLPAs not accepted for this role
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language services to preschool-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
