Begin your assignment on August 31st, 2026, supporting students onsite through the school year until June 15th, 2027. With a consistent schedule of 35-37.5 hours per week, across five days, you’ll have the chance to cultivate meaningful relationships and see real student growth over time.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure by assignment start date)
- Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, preferably with preschool-aged children
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and effective intervention strategies
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Proficient in developing and managing IEPs and maintaining accurate documentation
- Committed to providing high-quality onsite services (remote work and SLPAs are not considered for this opening)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to preschool students
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify communication challenges
- Develop and implement student-centered IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
- Track and document student progress throughout the school year
- Provide resources and support to parents and classroom staff as needed
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and positive learning atmosphere for all students
