Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Recent experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment for a range of speech and language needs, excluding AAC users
- Commitment to working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain detailed progress documentation
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and update intervention strategies
- Consult with teachers and parents to support students’ academic and social success
- Participate in meetings and contribute to IEP planning and review processes
