As part of a dedicated special services team, you'll facilitate speech and language development, making a real impact from now until the end of the 2026-2027 school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in a school environment with middle and/or high school students preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills and an inclusive approach to supporting diverse learners
  • Ability to adapt to rotating weekly schedules across multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 36 students in middle and high school
  • Support all general education and special education classrooms, excluding behavior-focused classrooms
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to promote student progress
  • Maintain precise documentation for student records and IEPs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
  • Travel between school sites according to the established weekly rotation (Monday/Thursday at the high school, Tuesday/Friday at the middle school, Wednesday split between both)

This contract position follows a school-week schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:40 am to 2:15 pm, allowing you consistency and a balanced workday.
