Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and comply with district and federal policies
  • Offer guidance and resources to classroom staff for speech and language support
