Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary school team
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Previous experience in school settings is a plus, but newly licensed SLPs and CFYs are encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
