What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children—prior school-based experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide support to teachers and parents
- Employ evidence-based practices to facilitate student growth
