School Speech Language Pathologist - Lyndhurst, NJ

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure required or eligibility upon hire
- CCC-SLP credential preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience in educational or healthcare settings working with children
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to communicate effectively with teams and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and fostering student growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, interventions, and therapy to students with varied communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation on assessments, progress, and intervention planning
- Engage with families and caregivers to promote carryover of skills and facilitate ongoing communication
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning opportunities
