In this role, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in a school-based setting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, documenting progress and tailoring interventions
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs in pediatric populations
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations to help students achieve their fullest potential
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Active ASHA certification (CF or CCC)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team
