Step into a rewarding educational environment as a district-wide Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract opportunity near Edison, NJ. Collaborate with students, staff, and families to support communication and learning across multiple schools. This full-time position covers 35 hours per week, with working hours from 8:15AM to 3:15PM, starting as soon as possible through June 25, 2027.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Active New Jersey SLP licensure (CCC required)
- Previous experience in a school-based SLP role
- Comfortable working across a district setting and collaborating with various teams
- Confidence in managing and serving diverse caseloads
- Able to conduct comprehensive testing, evaluations, and assessments independently
- Willingness and ability to supply your own testing materials
- Committed to transparency and open communication throughout placement
- Reliable personal transportation for district travel
- Must reside within a reasonable commute
- Ability to complete timely onboarding requirements: TB, physical, and fingerprint clearance (for both agency and district)
- Not accepting CF or SLPA candidates due to supervision constraints
Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy and intervention per students’ IEPs
- Complete initial and triennial student evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and monitor goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt services and support district-wide needs as assigned
