Qualifications:

  • Current or pending ABESPA AL SLP Certificate and/or AL SLP DOE Certificate (must obtain both, can start with one)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Availability to work onsite, 2 days per week, supporting grades 3–6

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for children in grades 3–6
  • Develop and implement customized intervention plans in collaboration with educators and parents
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and follow ethical, legal, and school guidelines
