Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Montclair, NJ

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Experience in a school or educational environment preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and goal-oriented therapy strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to deliver comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and in-service trainings
- Provide support and resources to caregivers and educational caregivers
