Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state license for SLP practice or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in educational or healthcare settings working with pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify students’ communication and language needs within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, both individually and in small groups, to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development to continually enhance your practice
