Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 populations, including diverse learning needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans supporting students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to foster inclusive learning environments
- Maintain progress notes, documentation, and compliance with school and state requirements
- Deliver both individual and small group interventions spanning articulation, language, fluency, and more
- Offer consultative support and training to school staff as needed
