Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure (Ohio) as an SLP.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility (CFY welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but not required.
- Solid understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention strategies for school-aged children.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students (K-12), supporting their educational and social success.
- Administer assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings.
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure coordinated support.
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
