Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Westerville, OH

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- SLP-CCC or completion of clinical fellowship (CFY applicants welcomed)
- Background in pediatric therapy or school-based SLP services
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
- Comfort working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized speech-language treatment plans
- Support students with a range of communication challenges, tailoring intervention to each learner
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insight and advocating for student needs
- Provide consultative support to teachers and classroom staff as necessary
