- Previous experience in school settings or relevant pediatric caseloads preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and data-driven therapy planning
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student’s communication goals
- Participate in the development, implementation, and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies as appropriate
- Engage in professional growth and maintain required documentation in compliance with school and state standards
