Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Holds or eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; open to strong CFY candidates
- Experience in pediatric, school, and/or healthcare environments
- Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student progress
- Document and evaluate student performance and create progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and share insights to help guide educational planning
- Provide direct therapy in individual, group, and/or classroom settings
