Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dublin, Ohio

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Holds (or eligible for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to assignment)
- Previous experience in schools and/or pediatric populations highly desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each learner’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Provide insights for program development and contribute to a positive school culture
