Speech Language Pathologist in Granville, OH

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates welcome
- Previous experience working with students in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP process and associated documentation
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Engage in assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and multidisciplinary team conferences
- Utilize technology and evidence-based practices in speech-language interventions
