School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Manor, Texas
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist working near Manor, TX. This position offers a dynamic balance of hands-on therapy and evaluative responsibilities in a collaborative school environment. You'll primarily serve an elementary community, working weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and credentials (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to provide both therapy and comprehensive evaluations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP process and goal writing
- Comfortable updating progress and collaborating with IEP facilitators
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to students on your caseload
- Attend IEP meetings, collaborating with facilitators who handle scheduling and logistics
- Regularly update progress and author new IEP goals for assigned students
- Complete speech-language and communication evaluations as needed
- Maintain accurate therapy records and meet compliance guidelines
- Communicate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success
