School Speech Language Pathologist - Magnolia, Texas

This on-site, full-time role supports students across a friendly district, with most hours at a primary school site, supplemented by itinerant responsibilities as needed. You’ll help empower students through communication, working alongside a dedicated team eager to welcome new professionals-including Clinical Fellows.
You’ll collaborate with educators and families while making a meaningful difference for children across a range of ages. This position follows a standard school schedule, running from August until the end of May, providing natural work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active (or eligible) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus but not required
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as assigned
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain progress documentation and compliance with district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents regarding student goals
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Adapt services to meet a diverse range of communication needs
