Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Texas SLP license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
- Familiarity with educational caseloads and IEP development
- Commitment to collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students across K-12
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy in both group and individual settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
- Communicate effectively with faculty, parents, and support personnel
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based therapy
