Qualifications:
- Active SLP Texas license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience supporting pediatric and school-aged clients, preferably in a school setting
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive practice
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a range of speech and language challenges
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in student support meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and track student outcomes
- Deliver services onsite, tailored to developmental and educational needs across K-12
- Serve three days per week, 20 hours total, following a school-based schedule
