Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Open to candidates pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver direct therapy—both individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth
- Document progress, complete reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt approaches to address a diverse caseload of speech, language, and communication needs
