What we’re looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Florida SLP license or eligibility
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and diverse caseloads
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
- Enthusiasm for creating positive, individualized support environments
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and detailed evaluations of student communication abilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive student support
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions to meet student needs
