Speech-Language Pathologist in Overland Park, KS

Key Qualifications:
• ASHA certification (CCC) is required
• Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Proven background delivering SLP services in school or pediatric clinic settings
• Strong track record of multidisciplinary teamwork
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with a range of pediatric diagnoses and intervention techniques
• Commitment to collaboration with families, educators, and caregivers
Responsibilities Include:
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored for each child
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other providers
• Engage families in the therapeutic process to ensure carryover of skills
• Track and document progress using clinic systems and reporting standards
• Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing case discussions
• Support continuity of care as part of a long-term, growing clinical team
