Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Simi Valley, California

Key Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting children with diverse communication needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and address students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both onsite and remotely
- Maintain thorough progress records and prepare required reports in compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in IEP team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
- Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers to maximize student success within the school environment
