- Valid Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain upon hiring)

- Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices
- Ability to work both independently and within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students ages 3-5
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in a school setting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute insights to IEP meetings and develop goals in partnership with families and educators
- Participate in ongoing professional development as required
