School Speech Language Pathologist - Orchard Park, New York
Step into an enriching opportunity as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in grades K-4 for the 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications:
- Active New York SLP License
- NY Teaching Certification
- Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY credentials
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary students (grades K-4)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to K-4 students in accordance with established IEPs and best practices
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive and effective learning environments
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reporting for each student caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insight to shape educational plans
- Educate staff and parents regarding strategies to support speech and language development
