Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship candidates with eligibility for supervision
- Experience in school settings or pediatrics strongly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to supporting K-12 student development
- Familiarity with IEP process and school-based documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grades
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and families
- Maintain required documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
- Engage in professional collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows as appropriate
