Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship candidates with eligibility for supervision
  • Experience in school settings or pediatrics strongly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Commitment to supporting K-12 student development
  • Familiarity with IEP process and school-based documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grades
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and families
  • Maintain required documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
  • Engage in professional collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows as appropriate
